Our very own St. Lucian Soca Artist Motto (Lashley Winter) was the Grand Marshal at the Atlanta Carnival, May 27, 2023. . He was recognized with a Resolution by the House of Representative and was also given a Proclamation by Fulton County proclaiming May 27th 2023 as “Motto Appreciation Day” He certainly represented St. Lucia proudly.
