Hot Bakes and Cocoa Tea

Cocoa Tea

1 cocoa stick (grate)
3 cloves
14 cup of cinnamon
12 teaspoon of vanilla
1 cup of milk
2 tablespoons of flour
vanille essence
2 cups of water
sugar to sweeten (optional)

Grate the cocoa stick. Put the cocoa powder, cloves and cinnamon into a pot and add water. Leave to boil for 5 minutes. Stir in the milk.

Mix the flour with water (to thicken), pour slowly into the pot, stirring it. Let the mixture simmer for another 3 minutes. Add a small teaspoon of vanilla essence and sugar. Simmer for a few minutes.

Strain and ready to serve.

Hot Bakes

4 cups flour
14 cup sugar
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons yeast
2 teaspoons baking powder
1
12 cups water (or as needed to bring the dough together)

Add flour, baking powder, salt and sugar to a large bowl and mix thoroughly.

Rub in butter to flour mixture

Add enough water to make a soft dough.

Knead dough for 1 minute, leave for 30 mins to rise.

Divide the dough into 10 pieces and form into balls.

Roll in the palm of your hand and flatten and ease to make around shape.

Fry in a 1/4 inch of oil on both sides until puffy, golden brown, and cooked through.
