Rowan Fernelon, a licensed financial educator with the financial institution FICS will be hosting a virtual online financial educational Zoom event to educate the Saint Lucian diaspora on useful strategies in the United States which can be practiced to become financially stable.

He will be discussing issues such as how money works, wealth building, retirement savings and where can money be invested, grow and never lose value owing to market fluctuations. FICS shall discuss services which can benefit the diaspora and the requirements for securing a mortgage loan in Saint Lucia.

Saint Lucia’s Ambassador for Diaspora Affairs, Dr Jocelyne Fletcher is in support of the event and is scheduled to give welcome remarks. The Union of St. Lucian Overseas Associations (USLOA) is also an organizing participant.
