The Union of St. Lucian Overseas Associations was established as a non-partisan social, and cultural institution that provides a forum for the sharing of St. Lucian heritage, as well as the maintenance and preservation of St. Lucian traditions. They advance and promote the cultural, educational, welfare and social wellbeing of St. Lucia and its people.
